due to this being my only income, i do not provide refunds at this given time unless something happens and i cannot complete your commission at all, which you will be promptly informed about.

PAYMENT UPFRONT
i accept 100% payment upfront after approval of the sketch, this is to avoid time-wasters, and ensures that my art is protected. we must have an indepth discussion on what it is exactly you want before any sort of payment.

REVISIONS
I do not charge for minor revisions such as changing colours to exact hex codes, slight background changes, adding or removing small features (freckles, scars etc.), expression changes, or slight proportion changes.Major revisions are on a cost by cost basis and only apply to coloured pieces.
Major revisions consist of pose changes after lineart, conceptual overhauls, composition changes, and adding characters/backgrounds after terms have been agreed upon.You will receive as many updates as possible, these will be heavily watermarked, you are free to request revisions when these updates are provided.Please be specific about revisions and references.

ART USE
Do not claim my art as your own in any way shape or form. My art is not for commercial use. You are free to generally repost and use your commission publicly as an icon so long as credit is given.I may use your commission as an example, let me know if you do not want this. I may post your commission publicly, let me know if you do not want this, wish to be tagged, or to remain anonymous.If the commission is not yours, do not use it.Do not feed my art into AI, NFTs programs, and do not request a non-watermarked version. My watermark is largely unobstructive.Ask me for my socials so you can credit me if you post your commission.
